Tickets are now on sale for the Fall Greektown Casino Trip. The trip will take place on Saturday, October 18. Tickets are $45, with $30 returned once at the casino. The bus will leave the Wal-Mart parking lot in Sidney at 8 AM and will return at 8 PM.
Please contact the SCHS at 497-PETS for more information or to purchase tickets. Tickets may also be purchased between 8 AM - 12 PM on Satudays from the SCHS booth at the Farmers Market in downtown Sidney.

Come visit the SCHS this summer at the Farmer’s Market! There will be a booth of volunteers available to answer your questions. You may also make a donation or purchase items that support the SCHS. Plus, you never know what furry creatures might make an appearance! The Farmer’s Market is located at Sidney’s Courthouse Square and runs from the first Saturday of June through the first Saturday of October, from 8 AM ’til Noon.

The SCHS will sponsor a trip to the Greektown Casino, in downtown Detroit, on Saturday, June 28. Trip cost is $45. Once in the casino, $30 worth of complimentary chips will be given (per person) for use in the casino. A charter bus will be used for transportation and food and drink coolers are allowed, as long as they are able to fit in the overhead bins or under your seat. Sorry, no alcohol is allowed on the bus.
Bus will leave promptly from the Sidney Wal-Mart parking lot (near the gas station) at approximately 8 AM. Return time (to the parking lot) is approximately 8 PM.
Please contact the SCHS for tickets or more information. Tickets may also be purchased at the SCHS booth at the Farmer’s Market in downtown Sidney.

The SCHS is holding a low income shot clinic for dogs and cats on Saturday, April 5 from 8 - 10 AM. Prices follow:
$10 for 5-way shots
$5 for rabies
$5 for worming
$20 for microchipping
Proof of income is required unless already filed with our office. Please contact the SCHS for further information.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to a large number of groups arriving that day, Greektown Casino is unable to accommodate us for our March 8th trip. Instead, Motor City Casino will host us for the same day, time, and price. Anyone who has already purchased tickets for this trip is eligible for a refund.
